Shipping
Printed on demand by Printful and shipped to 40+ countries: the EU, the UK, Switzerland, Norway, the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Israel and the UAE. Shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and destination, before you pay. Production takes 2-5 business days, then Germany 3-5 days, Europe 5-10, USA and Canada 7-15, the rest 10-20. A tracking number follows by email.
Returns
Printed pieces carry the full statutory right of withdrawal: 14 days from delivery, no reason needed. Email help@raxxo.shop and I handle it, the printer never does. Damaged or defective, same address and I replace it. Full terms in the Widerrufsbelehrung.
